These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Houston Gasket & Sealing Technology website, our product catalog, and any quote, order, or custom manufacturing request you submit to us. By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

We manufacture and supply soft cut gaskets, spiral wound gaskets, custom metal gaskets, and PTFE products in brands such as Klinger and Jeil, or generic equivalents when requested. Quotes are based on the specifications, quantities, and materials you provide and are not final until confirmed in writing.

Unlike most suppliers, we do not require a deposit before manufacturing or shipping your order. You are invoiced only after your gaskets have arrived and you have had the opportunity to inspect them. This policy applies to standard and custom orders alike unless otherwise agreed in writing for large or highly specialized runs.

Custom and standard-size gaskets are manufactured to the specifications you provide, including material, dimensions, and pressure or temperature ratings. You are responsible for the accuracy of the specifications submitted; we are not liable for parts manufactured incorrectly due to inaccurate information provided by you.

Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and may vary based on material, quantity, and manufacturing complexity. Because payment is due after inspection, invoices are issued once your order has been delivered and reviewed. We reserve the right to require different payment terms for unusually large custom orders, which will be disclosed before manufacturing begins.

Delivery timelines depend on whether an item is in stock or custom manufactured, and on shipping carrier performance. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been handed off for shipping. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of your order.

Because payment is due after inspection, please review your order carefully upon arrival. If a part does not match the agreed specifications, contact us before use so we can correct, replace, or adjust the invoice accordingly. Custom-manufactured gaskets that meet the agreed specifications are not eligible for return once installed or used.

All website content, branding, and product descriptions belong to Houston Gasket & Sealing Technology unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our website content or original product photography for commercial purposes without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Houston Gasket & Sealing Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including downtime or losses resulting from improper installation or use outside stated specifications. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount invoiced for that order.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, policies, or legal requirements. The most current version will always be posted on this page with a revised date.
