Do I have to pay a deposit before you start my order?
No. We don't require a deposit before manufacturing or shipping. You're invoiced only after your gaskets have arrived and you've had a chance to inspect them — that's our Pay After Inspection policy.
What gasket brands do you carry?
We stock and supply Klinger and Jeil (Korea), among other trusted brands. If your budget calls for it, we can also source or manufacture generic equivalents that meet the same specifications.
Can you manufacture custom-sized gaskets?
Yes. Alongside our standard sizes, we manufacture custom gaskets to your exact dimensions, material, and pressure or temperature requirements at our own facility.
What types of gaskets do you offer?
Our catalog includes soft cut gaskets, spiral wound gaskets, custom metal gaskets, and PTFE sheet and gaskets, in both standard and custom sizes.
How long does a custom order take?
Lead times depend on the material, complexity, and quantity of your order. When you request a quote, we'll give you a realistic timeline before manufacturing begins.
Do you offer pricing breaks for large or repeat orders?
Yes, larger and recurring orders are often eligible for volume pricing. Mention your expected quantities when you request a quote and we'll factor that in.
Where are your gaskets manufactured?
We hand-cut and manufacture custom gaskets at our own specialized overseas facility, in addition to stocking name-brand products for orders that don't require custom manufacturing.
What happens if a part doesn't match my specifications?
Because you inspect before you pay, this is exactly what that window is for. Contact us before installing or using the part and we'll correct, replace, or adjust the order.
Do you ship outside of Houston?
Yes, we ship orders beyond the Houston area. Delivery timelines will depend on your location and the shipping carrier.
How do I get a quote?
