Three grades, one job: resist everything
Virgin PTFE
100% pure PTFE sheet, skived from billet — the broadest chemical resistance of any gasket material, with no filler to compromise it.
Filled PTFE
Glass, carbon, or barium sulfate fiber blended in to cut cold flow and improve creep resistance under sustained bolt load, with only a small trade-off in chemical range.
Expanded PTFE
A biaxially expanded, microporous structure that conforms to flange imperfections and holds a seal at lower bolt torque than solid sheet.
